Description

Captain Bill grew up in Iowa and had a love of all things outdoors from a young age. He entered his first tournament at the age of 9. He continued competitive tournament fishing in his hometown lakes and ranked nationally in the BFL All American. Always wanting to share his love of fishing, nature, and wildlife with others, he pursued a career as a licensed captain and is now certified through the U.S. Coast Guard.

Captain Bill has continued his career as a full-time fishing captain on Stick Marsh and the busies guide on the newly opened Headwaters lake. In his free time, he can still be found on the water with his kids enjoying the great outdoors. Captain Bill has been blessed to have fished in various charity events over the past 10 years, helping him and gaining guide experience. Now a full-time fishing Headwaters fishing guide, he enjoys fishing with his clients and catching trophy size bass!
