As mentioned, I've been licensed and professionally fishing for 13 seasons. In which, I do 95 percent of my charters out of Calaveras Lake. I do fish Braunig Lake, Canyon Lake and Choke Canyon Reservoir. Mostly targeting freshwater Redfish. Either down rigging or casting for them. I also once in a while, chase the Blue Catfish. I usually drift or anchor up for them.
